Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product, without providing a reason. To do so, you must contact us by email at qamisiishop@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the products concerned.

2. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused, and with no signs of damage. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Refunds
Once the products have been returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt.

4. Non-Returnable Products
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
